John Ericson	06be6812a6	Create and install a nix-util.pc ... Before, `-lnixutil` was just stuck in `nix-store.pc`, but that doesn't seem so nice. This prepares us to distribute `libnixutil` in a separate package if we want, but it should be a good change either way. I suspect it wasn't done before because libutil was an extra unstable interface, but I don't think we need worry about that. *All* the C++ is less stable than the C (or that's the goal at least). Eelco Dolstra	5978ceb271	Fix building with GCC 9 ... Nixpkgs on aarch64-linux is currently stuck on GCC 9 (https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/issues/208412) and using gcc11Stdenv doesn't work either. So use c++2a instead of c++20 for now. Unfortunately this means we can't use some C++20 features for now (like std::span).	2023-02-10 18:38:57 +01:00
