68c81c7375 Put functional tests in tests/functional
I think it is bad for these reasons when `tests/` contains a mix of
functional and integration tests

 - Concepts is harder to understand, the documentation makes a good
   unit vs functional vs integration distinction, but when the
   integration tests are just two subdirs within `tests/` this is not
   clear.

 - Source filtering in the `flake.nix` is more complex. We need to
   filter out some of the dirs from `tests/`, rather than simply pick
   the dirs we want and take all of them. This is a good sign the
   structure of what we are trying to do is not matching the structure
   of the files.

With this change we have a clean:
```shell-session
$ git show 'HEAD:tests'
tree HEAD:tests
functional/
installer/
nixos/
```

88d8f6ac48 Expand tests to reproduce #7655
The original `builtins.getContext` test from
1d757292d0 would have caught this. The
problem is that b30be6b450 adding
`builtins.appendContext` modified that test to make it test too much at
once, rather than adding a separate test.

We now have isolated tests for both functions, and also a property test
showing everything put together (in the form of an eta rule for strings
with context). This is better coverage and properly reproduces the bug.

Add builtins.appendContext.
A partner of builtins.getContext, useful for the same reasons.

Add builtins.getContext.
This can be very helpful when debugging, as well as enabling complex
black magic like surgically removing a single dependency from a
string's context.
